Who are we?
Grupo Kowi was founded in 1984, with our headquarters in Navojoa Sonora; is one of the largest processing plants and marketers of pork meat in Mexico. We offer our products throughout Mexico and international markets such as Japan, United States, Corea. Among others.
The vertical integration of Kowi allows us to control step by step the quality of our process. Starting with genetics, farms, the feeding of our pigs and our own processing plant.
Kowi is committed in offering more than our clients expect. We have the platform to guarantee quality and the compliance of health and hygiene standards backed by the following certifications: TIF, MEXICO CALIDAD SUPREMA AND SQF.

TIF Our processing plant operates under the norms and guidelines of the Mexican Government in terms of health and treatment of our products. México Calidad Suprema Guarantees the quality and safety in 100% of our products. SQF (Safe Quality Food) Guarantees health and safety in our process at an international level. Kowi is 100% healthy meat. At the end of 2013, Kowi obtained its endorsement from ASOCIACION NACIONAL DE CARDIOLOGOS DE MEXICO (ANACAM) NATIONAL CARDIOLOGIST ASOTIATION OF MEXICO; So now we are the only pork meat recommended by the Asotiation. This is backed due to its characteristics and composition, Kowi pork is healthy, because it offers low level of total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium; and its consumption provides nutritional benefits, because of the high protein, vitamin and essential mineral content. This a historic milestone not only for Kowi but for the meat industry in our country.
